Senior Construction Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for direct-hire in Buffalo, NY!

Well-established privately held real estate company, with a portfolio that includes more than1000 properties totaling over 50 million square feet in 35+ states. Portfolio includes retail, grocery store, office, industrial, hotel, residential, and landholdings is now HIRING Sr. Construction Project Managers for the Buffalo, NY area.

Annual salary is $100-$150K base with relocation assistance provided to those who qualify. Benefits include M/V/D, 401K, PTO, holiday and bonus structure and a company vehicle w/gas card.

Job duties:
-Oversee cost control to include monitoring the preparation of contract documents, budgets, scheduling, contracting and processing of invoices.
-Manage and monitors work of subcontractors.
-Monitor plan development and specifications for cost effectiveness.
-Coordinate all Architect and Engineer designs; review both Architect’s and Engineer’s plans for adequate details of good quality and conduct design review meetings

Qualifications:
-5+ years of commercial project management experience.
-Retail, restaurant, grocery store, strip plaza building experience highly preferred.
-Full understanding of civil site work
-Site development; ground water, utilities, parking lots, road development, landscaping and earthwork
-Must have ground-up construction exp
-Must have a General Contracting background
-Ability to manage up to 6 projects at a time
